Delete from the Talkey app
You can also delete your account directly in the iOS or Android app.
Step 1
Open the Talkey app on your device.
Step 2
Tap your Profile icon.
Step 3
Go to Settings → Account.
Step 4
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What gets deleted
Removed from our production systems immediately upon account deletion.
Account profileEmail, user ID, display name, avatar
Learning progressStreaks, XP, lesson completions, quiz scores
Flashcards & decksAll personal decks, cards, SRS history
Personal libraryUploaded books, vocabulary lists, reading progress
Audio & mediaVoice recordings, TTS cache, uploaded media
What we retain & why
Certain records are kept for legal compliance and security purposes.
Purchase & subscription recordsUp to 7 years (tax law)
Security & server logs30–90 days, then overwritten
Encrypted backup snapshotsRotate out within 30–90 days
