Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Talkey subscription at any time from your account settings or the store where you purchased it. Your current tier stays active until the end of the paid billing period.

What is the refund policy for web purchases?

If you buy on our website, Paddle handles payment. Refunds aren't available unless the law requires one. You can ask Paddle within 14 days of purchase, but approval isn't guaranteed. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do the free trials work?

Talkey plans are designed to give you a clear choice between steady monthly learning and the best-value annual commitment. If we run introductory trials, the exact terms are shown clearly before you purchase.

Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly billing?

Yes, you can upgrade to yearly billing at any time. When you switch, the remaining time on your monthly plan will be credited towards your yearly plan, and your billing cycle will reset accordingly.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Basic is free with no time limit. Pro and Max add more features, and the comparison table on this page shows exactly what each plan includes.

Do you offer student or family plans?

Not at the moment. Pro and Max are individual plans. If you want to share Talkey, the buddy pass gives a friend 30 days of Pro for free.

Will my plan work on all my devices?

Your plan belongs to your Talkey account, so it applies on iOS and on the web wherever you sign in.

In the iOS app you pay through the App Store. On the website you pay through Paddle.

Do prices differ by country?

Yes. Prices are adjusted by region, and the price you see on this page or in the store is the price you pay.
